Course Overview

This course is entirely movement based. We’ll start with the fundamentals of shooting while moving, then break down different types of movement and navigating around non-threat targets.

We’ll teach the specific skills, apply them in practical drills, and finally evaluate your progress with a high-intensity stress shoot at the end of the day.
