Digital Lock Support: Paxton Key Setup

Follow the video tutorial and steps below to configure your digital credentials on your mobile device.

Paxton Key Configuration

1. Check your email: Look for "Paxton Smart Credential" invitation (Check your SPAM folder if not in inbox). [00:00:13]

2. Install the App: Download "Paxton Key" via the configuration links embedded directly inside your email invitation. [00:00:37]

3. Register: Return to the email and click the green "Register" button to auto-fill your credentials. [00:01:00]

4. Critical Setting: In the app, open the hamburger menu (top right) and verify that "Run in Background" is toggled ON (Green). [00:01:32]

Important: "Run in Background" should remain enabled so the reader can instantly recognize your device.
