Getting Started
Once your membership is processed, you will receive an automated email from The eGeeTouch Team with your temporary credentials.
Quick Start Steps
- Login: Open the app and use the credentials sent to your email.
- Change Password: You will be prompted to create a new password immediately.
- Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is active on your phone when approaching the gate.
- Unlock: When at the gate, tap the "Unlock" button in the app.
Common Troubleshooting

1) "Please check current password" Error
If you see this error while trying to set your new password, simply close the app, reopen it, and sign in with the new password you just created. The change is typically successful despite the error message.
