Common troubleshooting issues (Updated 7/17/24):
1) Many members have received an error message that says, "Please check current password" or something similar, when they initially change their password from the provided temporary one. So far, everyone who got this message was able to skip ahead, download the app, and sign in as if their password change was successful. Currently, if you get that message just proceed with your new password as if the change worked.
