Job Board

TSF is an all-volunteer organization. The following is the current "punch list" of jobs that need a volunteer, as well as longer-term service opportunities. For questions, or to be connected to the appropriate TSF officer or match director, please email [email protected]. 

Membership Secretary

• Fulfill your 10 volunteer hour commitment FROM HOME!
• Basic computer knowledge needed, we can train you on everything else. 
  • Assist Treasurer and Secretary with maintaining current membership list

 *PRIORITY* Open Office Volunteers (ongoing)

• Low-pressure and minimal stress, this is a great way to meet other members. The Open Office volunteer staffs the office from 10 AM to 12 noon, one (or more) Saturdays a month. 
• Really need 2 people for each Saturday. This way if one person has a conflict the open office hours are still covered.

Brass and Other Spent Casing Clean Up

• Pick up brass and other spent casings, ESPECIALLY SHOTGUN SHELLS. (These create extra wear and tear on the mowing equipment)
• To get credit for volunteer hours for picking up brass you must:
  
  • Put what you pick up in a plastic grocery bag and leave it by the office door with your name on it.
  • Fill out the online volunteer hours form.
    
• If you are reloading the cases that you fired, then you will have to pick up more to leave at the office. 

Match Volunteers

• Scorekeepers, target setters, and general help needed at TSF Regional Metallic Silhouette Tournament, Sept 15-17, 2023.
• Great non-labor volunteer opportunity!​

Repairs and Upgrades

• Run the giant magnet around the berms in all ranges. Remove nails and staples for the mowing crew (start with pistol bays).
  • TSF has wheeled magnet

Orientation Coordinator (ongoing)

• This one is for the "people person." The Orientation Coordinator give tours of TSF, explain rules and procedures, and processes basic paperwork for incoming new members.

General Maintenance (ongoing)

• Take away trash!
